Start with the Market Gap
We began with the job-board idea, then studied how pilots search, how employers evaluate candidates, and where generic recruitment systems fall short.
FlightHired started with a vision: create a better way for aviation professionals and employers to find each other. What began as a website project gradually became something much bigger.
Pilot registrations in the first month
Pilot registrations within three months
Aviation jobs published within three months
FlightHired arrived with the aviation vision and the industry understanding. What began as a website project became the system the market actually needed, built around the way aviation hires rather than around generic recruitment fields.
FlightHired
An aviation recruitment business built around the needs of pilots, aviation professionals, and employers.
Aviation recruitment marketplace
A connected system for pilot profiles, aviation job discovery, employer hiring, subscriptions, communication, and platform operations.
Generic job boards could not model aviation hiring
A basic listings site could publish vacancies, but it could not properly structure aviation experience, certifications, aircraft data, employer requirements, access rules, and hiring workflows.
Employer hiring tools and subscription access
Aviation professionals discover opportunities while employers use job publishing, candidate discovery, invitations, subscriptions, and gated access to support hiring.
Aviation-native recruitment data in one workflow
Search across aircraft, flight hours, certificates, base, and experience, supported by AI-assisted CV and job parsing.
Strategy · UX · platform engineering · custom development · ongoing partnership
Orbit570 worked across the marketplace experience, recruitment workflows, data structure, and operational systems supporting it.
FlightHired wanted a better way for aviation professionals and employers to find each other.
As we mapped the market, the opportunity expanded from publishing vacancies into structuring aviation data, improving discovery, supporting hiring teams, and operating a marketplace at scale.
Original Plan
It became
We began with the job-board idea, then studied how pilots search, how employers evaluate candidates, and where generic recruitment systems fall short.
Aircraft types, flight hours, certificates, base locations, and experience became structured search and profile data rather than text hidden in listings.
We connected pilot discovery, employer hiring, candidate applications, communication, alerts, subscriptions, access rules, and platform administration.
The final product could support more pilots, employers, jobs, subscriptions, moderation, and operational complexity without remaining a simple listings page.
FlightHired brought the aviation knowledge. Orbit570 brought the product strategy, UX, data structure, and engineering needed to turn that knowledge into a recruitment system professionals and employers could use.
Search by aircraft, hours, certificates, base and experience.
CV parsing, job parsing and smart matching, applied where they remove real work.
Discover, connect and hire the right pilots faster.
Access rules and subscriptions protect sensitive listings.
Messaging, notifications and real-time updates in one secure platform.
Built to handle growth: more jobs, more users, more complexity.
Two typefaces and an eight-colour palette. The Elementor global kit declares the colour roles, and the theme layers a display face over an interface face so headings and reading text never compete.
Find the role that fits your wings
An aviation job board connecting pilots with verified roles worldwide.
Body copy runs at 15px regular, with 500 for buttons and interface labels. Instrument Sans keeps its shape at small sizes, which matters on a board where a listing is read at a glance.

FlightHired is not only a public job board. It connects aviation professionals, employers, and the operational layer that manages users, jobs, access, subscriptions, visibility, and moderatio
Pilots can build a structured profile, discover relevant roles, manage applications, receive job alerts, and communicate with employers. AI-assisted CV tools help convert existing experience into usable profile data.

Employers can create and manage aviation jobs, discover candidates, search the crew directory, invite professionals, and run hiring activity from one environment.

Behind the marketplace are the systems that manage users, companies, jobs, access levels, subscriptions, visibility, moderation, reporting, and the lifecycle of every listing.

Users change. The market changes. New operational problems appear. Our job isn’t simply to keep adding features — it’s to keep asking which features deserve to exist.
Talk to the team that has already build one. You bring the industry knowledge, the problem and the vision. We’ll bring the product thinking, UX and technology to turn it into a system people can actually use.
