The Problem
Students were buying courses, booking sessions and messaging coaches across three separate platforms with no connection between them.
AviHire brings trust, transparency and data-driven decision-making to the U.S. aviation hiring market. Verified candidate data, live cost-of-living intelligence and structured hiring workflows — in one system, built in twelve weeks.
Weeks from brief to a live, fully custom-coded platform.
Students, consultants and admin, each with a separate permissioned dashboard.
Learning, booking and communication built as one system rather than stitched together.
The goal was never an LMS. It was a complete coaching ecosystem where students purchase courses, book one-to-one sessions, work through structured content and talk to mentors, without the premium feel breaking down at any point.
The Oxbridge Launchpad, an online admissions coaching business operating since 2020.
Coaching and learning ecosystem: courses, one-to-one booking, payments, sessions and messaging in a single system.
Students, consultants and administrators, each with its own permissioned dashboard and a clean separation of responsibilities.
Applicants preparing for Oxbridge admissions, the coaches who teach them, and the team running the business.
Custom coded end to end in PHP on Laravel, so learning, booking and communication share one data model rather than being reconciled between plugins.
Seven, from the learning system and monetisation model through booking, session management, automation, messaging and role architecture.
UI/UX design, platform architecture, Laravel development, booking and scheduling, and automation design, in ten to fourteen weeks.
The goal was never an LMS. It was a complete coaching ecosystem where users purchase courses, book 1-to-1 sessions, access structured content and talk to mentors — with the platform supporting different learning journeys without the premium feel breaking down at any point.

Build one environment where course access, session booking and direct coaching communication all live under a single login.
We designed the role structure, built the LMS layer, wired in the booking system and connected the messaging flow into a single unified platform.
A student buys a course, books a session and messages their coach without leaving the platform or re-entering their details once.
Each of these could be bought off the shelf. The reason they were built is that a booking has to know what a purchase means, and an email has to know what a session is — which is exactly what a plugin stack cannot do.
Only one webfont. The interface uses different styles and weights of Inter and the whole palette is one navy with a blue ramp built on top of it.
Private coaching · Courses · Interview practice
A premium online course and coaching platform helping students secure Oxbridge offers.
The same family carries body copy at 400 and every button at 700. One family across 786 elements keeps a long admissions site feeling like one voice rather than a stack of templates.

This is the run that a plugin stack cannot make. Availability, payment, the video room and every message about the session all come from the same system, so nothing has to be reconciled by hand afterwards.
Filtered by service, subject, university and coach level.
Real-time availability, validated against existing bookings.
Hourly rate or a bundled package, priced per coach.
Provisioned on confirmation. Nobody sets one up by hand.
Templated confirmations for the student and the consultant.
Scheduled ahead of the session, then updates if anything change
Three of these six steps are staff work on an off-the-shelf setup. Creating the meeting, sending the confirmation and chasing the reminder are exactly the tasks that stop a coaching business from taking on more students. Removing them is what makes the model scale.
Students, consultants and administrators each work in their own environment with their own permissions — the separation that keeps operations secure and lets each role’s screen stay simple.
Browse and purchase courses, work through gated modules in order, book 1-to-1 consultations, track purchases and message a consultant — without leaving the journey they started in.

Publish a profile with credentials and services offered, set pricing and availability, take bookings that cannot collide, run sessions in a room created for them, and see what they have earned.

The layer most users never see: courses, students, instructors, consultations and services, plus commission, payouts, coupons and the content operation behind blogs and podcasts.

Modular architecture for future feature expansion, a database structure optimised for growth, clean separation between learning, booking and communication, and an integration-ready foundation for APIs and third-party services.
One journey from course purchase to booked session, rather than two products a user has to bridge themselves.
Meeting creation, confirmations and reminders stopped being somebody’s job.
Simplified onboarding to reduce drop-offs, structured navigation for discoverability, and clarity at the points where trust matters most — payment and scheduling.
Adding coaches, courses or a new pricing model is configuration, not a rebuild.
The experience holds its quality across every touchpoint, which is the whole proposition for a business selling access to expertise.
Talk to the team that has already built one. If your business runs on courses and people’s time together, the hard part is the join between them. You bring the model. We bring the product thinking, the UX and the engineering.
